Chris North
Project Director, Resorts and Special Projects
For the past thirty eight years, Chris has been immersed in the international real estate business and during that time has directly overseen the marketing and sales of residential, investment and vacation homes in fifteen different countries with a combined sales value in excess of one billion US dollars.
As the previous Chairman and CEO of the Superior Group of companies, Chris also played a key role in the design and operation of several resort communities in the US and Europe including the acclaimed resorts of Highlands Reserve and Regal Palms in Orlando, Florida.
Passionate about property and with a penchant for contemporary architecture and design, his knowledge and experience in developing highly successful projects is unrivalled, offering clients high quality homes with outstanding facilities that are designed and built to the latest construction standards, are eco friendly and provide exceptional value for money.

Kevin Holder
Project Director, Residential
Development Director Kevin Holder has over 25 years' experience in the property development field and has worked on many significant projects throughout the UK and in various international locations including The Caribbean, Portugal, Spain, North and West Africa, the UAE, Scandinavia, Russia and China. Working on a variety of projects, mainly mixed use, commercial, hotels and residential developments, some of up to £800 million in capital value. A highly experienced real estate professional familiar with the executive management of personnel and the demands of large scale property development and investment, Kevin has a good all-round knowledge of the property market and direct project management experience across all property sectors working with landowners, investors and stakeholders, end users and funds. He has completed major projects of mixed-use projects, internationally and in the UK, as well as several major shopping and leisure centres, hotels and residential blocks, both private, PRS and others. He has a degree in Property and Construction and is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
