Alan Waxman

Alan is Managing Director of Landmass, an award-winning, RIBA chartered, design and development company that delivers meticulously planned design solutions and bespoke luxury properties worldwide.
Alan has been helping clients and investors maximise returns and improve their properties for over 20 years. He excels in optimising the use of space in acute areas, which is typical of the design challenge at the luxury end of the market.
Giles Lovegrove
Architect
Giles studied architecture at Bath University and the University of Westminster. Having worked for a number of established design firms ranging from Buro Happold to Grimshaw and Partners, Giles was one of the design directors at Quad Architects and helped establish their contemporary design aesthetic for their high- end development company. Further projects with Coupdeville have developed his approach to contemporary green architecture in both urban and rural settings.
Larisa Miller
Consultant
Larisa Miller is President and CEO of Keystone Farm Future, Inc., a livestock management company focused on transforming agriculture and ag innovation to promote food security and keep family farms in operation for generations to come. She is also CEO of Phoenix Global, an international consulting and firm specializing in international municipal and governmental consulting; community development and revitalization; technology, transportation infrastructure, sustainability and business expansion, growth, and development strategies.
Larisa also serves as Vice President of STP Capital Partners, developing technology parks in strategic global markets; bringing together renowned leaders in technology to build complex technology clusters.
Larisa previously served as personal advisor and head of business development for members of the Royal Family in Abu Dhabi, UAE, as well as head of their large non-profit foundation. She also sits on several executive and non-profit boards around the world, prioritizing global collaboration and knowledge-sharing as the foundation of the business model of the future.

Puneet Kapoor
Consultant
Puneet has over two decades of experience in Corporate Consulting, Real Estate and Infrastructure Development, IT, ITES, e-commerce, Healthcare and Education as a professional and as entrepreneur. As an entrepreneur, Puneet forged successful partnerships with Microsoft and SAP for business solution offerings. During his stint in Corporate Consulting, he has worked with global Fortune 100 companies as well as start-ups across multiple functional and operational domains in varied geographies. Puneet is people-driven and result-oriented, and is skilled in consultation and advisory on economic, business, and financial strategy adaptations, Corporate Governance and Business Process Consulting.

Wes Mason
Property Investment Tax Specialist
Wes is a Chartered Accountant and partner at RPG Crouch Chapman LLP, a City of London firm of accountants, having joined them in 2018 after 20 years with a regional firm of accountants in Kent.
He is involved in all aspects of advising owner-managed businesses together with their owners, but with particular skills in structural and holistic tax planning.
Alongside a varied portfolio, Wes has particularly developed an extensive knowledge in assisting property investors and developers – possibly as the UK property market has become one of his clients’ preferred types of investment.
